Marbled Columns (Carrera Style)

 

Columns before. A good deal of prep work went into this as the

columns were painted in a heavy coat of high gloss enamel and

with visible brushstrokes.

 

Here is one of the completed columns. The marble is done

with very subtle veining so as not to take away from the room.

Also the tops and bottoms were done in a metallic paint.

 

Here is a close-up shot of the column. Note the intricate

veining pattern.
